How do I return products?
1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN
Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order that you wish to return. Tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return.
COURIER WILL CONTACT YOU TO PICKUP THE RETURN
Our couriers will be in contact to arrange a time and a day to pick up your return(s).
What is the return policy?
You can return your online order within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for us to fully refund your returned items, they must be returned in suitable packaging. The items cannot be used, worn, or damaged other than as a result of any necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

The product is in its original state and packaging.

Hoodies have the original tags attached.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons if protective packaging has been removed.
How much does it cost to return a product?
Returning products is free of charge as long as the product is in its original state and packaging with original tags attached and you follow the instructions on how to return a product. You can return your online order within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
When will I get my refund after I returned my order?

Cash on Delivery Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval and inspection at our warehouse.
You will receive an email confirmation once we process your return and authorize the refund.
The refund will be arranged via bank transfer or cash pickup based on your preference.
Your refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect your returned order at our warehouse.
Will I get a refund on my shipping costs if I return my product?
We will not refund your shipping costs, except in the case of return of a defective product. This will be assessed once received at our warehouse, and if a defect is approved, your refund will include shipping costs.
How many days do I have to return my order?
Purchases from Braxid online store can be returned within 30 days from the date of order delivery, if they qualify as per our returns policy.
Exchanging an Item?
Ordered the wrong size? You can exchange your item for a different size for free within 14 days after receiving your order.
How To Exchange An Item Online:

Start an exchange from your ordered items and follow the instructions.

Within 2-3 business days, the courier will collect the item(s) at the original delivery address.

The returned item will be checked at the warehouse in 2 business days.

Once the quality check is passed, the warehouse will ship the new item back to you in 3-4 business days.
